Drop Ins


We have beginner and intermediate coaching groups which run termly during the daytime and evenings They're a great way to work on the technical aspects of your game and meet players of a similar standard.

Are you the kind of player who likes to start their day with a little tennis, or perhaps you prefer to unwind with a casual session in the evening? Then our Adult Drop In sessions may be just for you!


Our weekly Drop In schedule allows all adult players who can serve, rally and score the flexibility to enjoy their tennis on a pay as you go basis. Come and play every week, alternate weeks, or as and when you please!

Here's our Drop In schedule:

Mixed ability

Monday 11:00am – 12:30pm

Tuesday 9:30am – 11:00am

Friday 9:30am – 11:00am



Monday 8:00pm – 9:30pm

Our Adult Drop In sessions are a great way for Michael (46) to get involved in a good game of tennis in a social environment. One of the best bits for him is that he can then book a court whenever he wants to play and practice with the players he meets each week.


For the fitness fanatics among you, Cardio Tennis is a great way to get the blood pumping. There's no need to be a great tennis player, as these high intensity 60-minute sessions are designed to get your heart racing as you burn off some calories on the court!

Wednesday 11:00am – 12:00pm

Priya (38) isn't a fan of the gym as she feels it can become a little boring and repetitive. Instead, she attends Cardio Tennis once a week and doesn't even realise how much exercise she's doing during each energetic session!
