CORONA VIRUS PRECAUTIONS

Staying Safe at ATC

Dear Parents/Players,

First of all, I would like to thank everyone for following the precautions we have put in place so far. Following yesterday's announcement, we have some extra steps to make sure we are all doing our best to keep ourselves and others safe. Please read everything we have laid out below and make sure you are following all of the guidance. Together we can keep each other safe to allow us all to continue to play the sport we love.

Guidelines for parents and spectators

• Children's lessons are unaffected by the changes, but there will be changes around the centre, so please read the following guidelines carefully.

• Masks must be worn at all times around the centre, except when playing.

• Sanitise your hands on arrival.

• Food and drink will continue to operate on a takeaway service only.

• We will be keeping the reception area and walkway free of tables and chairs to ensure social distancing is possible.

• Social distance when spectating and keep to the rule of 6. If the walkway or reception area becomes too crowded, you may be asked to move outside or wait in your car.

• Arrive only at the time of your child's lesson and leave promptly afterwards - please do not wait around in the building before your lesson.

• Please wait for players in the previous lesson to leave the court before sending your child onto court for their lesson.

Guidelines for adult players (lessons, clubs and court bookings)

Adult lessons and club sessions are able to continue, with the following precautions:

• In lessons of more than 6 participants, you will be split into sub groups of no more than 6 players. Sub groups relate to participants only and do not include coaches. You will not be able to mix between groups before, during or after your lesson. Your coach will divide you into sub groups promptly when you arrive.

• For social play, keep to sub groups of no more than 6 players and only rotate within these groups.

• Masks must be worn at all times around the centre, except when playing.

• Sanitise your hands on arrival.

• Food and drink will continue to operate on a takeaway service only. If you stay for a drink after your session, you must not mix with anyone outside of your sub group.

• We will be keeping the reception and walkway free of tables and chairs to ensure social distancing is possible.

• Arrive only at the time of your lesson/booking and leave promptly afterwards - do not wait around in the building. If you arrive early you'll be asked to wait in your car.

Our team will be monitoring all lessons, bookings and behaviour around the centre, so please be aware that if you are not following these guidelines we will ask you to wait outside the centre.
